Tried, Tested and True: Creams and Lotions

These cold winter months have me working over time with the moisturizers.  Winter can be so drying for the skin. Stupid winter. But it got me thinking about my go to products, which got me thinking I should share it with my readers.  Here you go, my tried, tested and true in creams and lotions.

Day Time Moisturizer:

Meaningful Beauty Moisturizing Antioxidant Day Creme with SPF 20

I have always been hardcore about facial motorization. While I am not a huge fan of the whole Meaningful Beauty line, I love, love, love the day cream.  Its got a great consistency, an SPF, and it actually feels like its smoothing out my face.

Eye Treatments:

Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus Eye Cream

I got hooked on this from a sample I received from Sephora (fuck, I love Sephora). Within a week of using it, I swear I could already see a difference in the stupid fine lines I have around my eyeballs. It's a little pricey, but you barely use any at a time, so it lasts practically forever.

Body Lotion:

Nivea Firming Q10 Body Lotion

I have been using this lotion for years and years, and its still my number one.  I have tried other everyday lotions, buy always go back to this one.  Its got a nice clean scent, its super light weight, and I swear my skin just looks better.  At $13.99 a bottle, its a steal.

Foot Treatment:

The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion:

I started using this when I was working retail, and my tired feet were aching from standing on them all day.  What a treat! Not only do they add much needed moisture to dry cracked feet, but the cooling sensation is awesome.  A little pricey for a foot lotion, but The Body Shop is always having killer sales.  For an extra treat, try the cooling spray with it. It will blow your fucking mind.

I hope if you were searching for a certain lotion, this gave you an unbiased opinion.
